Selective Au/Ag/Pd Stripping
Eco-Goldex E product series has a unique feature that it can selectively strip precious metals (Au, Ag, Pd, Pt...) from plating electronic materials such as pins, connectors, RAM, CPU and PCB, while other metals like copper, nickel, aluminum are not or only slightly attacked.
Extraordinary High Stripping Efficiency and High Recovery Rate
Eco-goldex E product series has very powerful stripping efficiency in E-waste recycling in that gold stripping may take place within seconds to minutes (depending on the thickness of the plated gold) to complete gold stripping on PCB. Eco-Goldex's proprietary technology of electrowinning + Active Carbon (AC) adsorption method warrants over 99% gold recovery rate in E-scrap pregnant solution. Eco-Goldex claims that the extraordinary high stripping efficiency and gold recovery rate of Eco-goldex E agent making it stand out among its competitors in the market.
Low-toxicity and Simple Stripping/Recovery Processes
Eco-Goldex chemical agent is low-toxic. Eco-toxicology test results indicate that the Eco-Goldex product series is in the range of about 1-2% in toxicity of sodium cyanide.
In addition, both the Eco-Goldex O product series and the E series are simple processes in gold leaching/stripping.
The O product series shares the same leaching process and flowsheet as cyanidation. Eco-goldex O product series can replace cyanide in gold ore mine flowsheet (Heap leach, CIL/CIP) seamlessly without any circuit change or equipment modification.
